Deck overview

This Jund partner deck is a sacrifice-and-token aristocrats build whose true engine is Chatterfang + Pitiless Plunderer. Joel provides command-zone draw by collecting counters when tokens die, while Ellie turns fodder into reach and becomes indestructible to survive attacks. The main win line is a compact infinite loop that creates Squirrels and Treasures with any sacrifice outlet; Goblin Bombardment then kills all opponents. A heavy recursion package (Meren, Junji, Eternal Witness, Victimize) keeps the engine coming back from board wipes. The commanders are support pieces, not the primary enabler, and the deck can win without either, but they smooth the draw and close games in combat.
