Ben's Spiders Extravaganza by user5365638

Format: Commander

Commander: Norman Osborn // Green Goblin

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

The deck is a Grixis Villain-tribal aggro/graveyard strategy built to use both faces of Norman Osborn // Green Goblin: the front face generates unblockable combat damage and rummages via connive to fill the graveyard, while the back face turns that graveyard into cheap mayhem spells and recursion. The primary plan is to chip early with small evasive threats, transform on turn five or six, then win with a flood of discounted mayhem creatures and Mysterio's Illusion token burst. Secondary paths include Green Goblin Revenant as a discard/draw engine and direct-damage finishers like Morlun. The deck is built mainly around Green Goblin's back face, since many cards have mayhem and benefit from the cost reduction.
