Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Izzet spellslinger strategy commander by Vivi Ornitier. The game plan revolves around leveraging Vivi's dual abilities: gaining +1/+1 counters and pinging each opponent whenever a noncreature spell is cast, and tapping for mana equal to its power once per turn. By utilizing cheap power-buffing spells such as Titan's Strength and Ancestral Anger, Vivi rapidly generates large bursts of red and blue mana. Attaching Curiosity or Tandem Lookout to Vivi turns every single noncreature spell into a draw-3 effect, effectively drawing through the entire deck. The deck converts this immense card and mana advantage into a same-turn victory using burn multipliers like Guttersnipe and Firebrand Archer, culminating in an explosive Crackle with Power or Jaya's Immolating Inferno. As a backup win condition, Niv-Mizzet, Parun forms a two-card loop with Curiosity to burn out the table.
