Deck overview

This Orzhov deck combines a wide token-generation plan with an aristocrats sacrifice engine, led by the partner pairing of Prava of the Steel Legion and Ravos, Soultender. Prava provides defensive toughness buffs and an on-demand token mana sink, while Ravos offers an anthem and recurring creature recursion every upkeep. The deck builds wide boards using token creators like Adeline, Resplendent Cathar, Lingering Souls, Hare Apparent, and Thalisse, Reverent Medium. It then leverages aristocrat payoffs including Zulaport Cutthroat, Cruel Celebrant, Marionette Apprentice, and Mirkwood Bats to drain opposing life totals through combat pressure and sacrifice outlets like Viscera Seer and Woe Strider. Supported by efficient single-target removal, mass reanimation spells, and protective instants, the deck grinds down tables over multiple combat and sacrifice cycles.
