New Untitled Deck by Rojalion

Format: Commander

Commander: Maralen of the Mornsong

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Maralen of the Mornsong rewrites the rules of the draw step, replacing it with a painful library search for each player. This mono-black deck exploits that symmetry by punishing opponents for searching while breaking parity itself. Key enforcers like Opposition Agent seize control of opponents' searches, exiling their libraries and feeding your game plan. Life-loss doublers-Bloodletter of Aclazotz, Wound Reflection, Archfiend of Despair-turn the 3-life tax per search into a lethal hemorrhage. The deck also includes a dense tutor suite, big-mana payoffs (Torment of Hailfire, Exsanguinate), and a backup "storm" via Bolas's Citadel and Chimil, the Inner Sun. Speed and inevitability come from command-zone card selection, while the stax package (Opposition Agent, Ob Nixilis, Unshackled) turns opponents' own resources against them.
