Deck overview

This is a Gruul voltron deck built around Wolverine, Best There Is, whose damage-doubling ability turns even moderate power into lethal commander-damage strikes. The deck accelerates through dorks and land-ramp, then suits Wolverine with equipment and pump effects to one-shot opponents. A secondary theme is +1/+1 counter synergy, with Hardened Scales, Branching Evolution, and Kami of Whispered Hopes magnifying counters from combat and landfall triggers. Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar turns a single lethal hit into a table-wide kill, while fight effects like Ulvenwald Tracker and Archdruid's Charm keep problematic blockers at bay. The deck wins through commander damage, with Chandra's Ignition and Etali, Primal Storm providing backup value. It forgoes infinite combos, relying on explosive combat turns.
