Safana, Calimport Cutthroat // Dungeon Delver by duwude

Format: Commander

Commander: Safana, Calimport Cutthroat and Dungeon Delver

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Dimir Rogue/dungeon deck built around the Safana, Calimport Cutthroat + Dungeon Delver pairing. The plan is to take the initiative early, then use the Background to double every dungeon-room trigger while evasive Rogues like Invisible Stalker, Slither Blade, and Yuan-Ti Malison rack up venture triggers and combat damage. Completing a dungeon turns Safana, Calimport Cutthroat into a triple-Treasure generator, which fuels the deck's two burst plays: Time Sieve and Notorious Throng for extra turns. From there, Rilsa Rael, Kingpin converts a completed dungeon into +5/+0, first-strike attacks; Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant and Tomb of Horrors Adventurer copy your spells; and a swarm of Faerie Rogue tokens or reanimated bombs closes the game. It is a value-and-tempo deck that wins through repeated combat phases rather than an infinite combo.
