Pirates Plunder by user3466380

Format: Commander

Commander: Edward Kenway

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Edward Kenway leads a Grixis Pirate/Vehicle deck that turns combat into Treasures and card advantage. The primary plan is to attack with a wide board of Pirates and Vehicles, use Edward's end-step Treasure trigger to ramp, and cast opponents' exiled cards or big artifact payoffs. Secondary paths are a Time Sieve extra-turn lock with Edward and five tapped Pirates/Vehicles, and a Revel in Riches kill fueled by Brass's Bounty and Xorn. There is no hidden commander; Breeches and Malcolm are support Pirates. The commander is the engine, but the deck can still generate Treasures and attack without him.
