Deck overview

This deck is an explosive Izzet storm and combo engine built around Vivi Ornitier, turning every noncreature spell into table-wide direct damage and +1/+1 counters. The primary game plan accelerates Vivi into play on Turns 2–3, then attaches a damage-triggered draw engine such as Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout. Because Vivi deals 1 damage to each opponent on every noncreature cast, each spell immediately draws three fresh cards. This allows the deck to chain through its library on Turn 4, utilizing fast mana, rituals, cost reducers like Birgi, God of Storytelling, and Vivi's own {0} power-based mana activation to generate massive mana. The deck finishes in the same turn without passing priority, eliminating all three opponents either by casting 40 noncreature spells or assembling infinite lines via Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal or Underworld Breach and Brain Freeze. Heavy free and low-cost countermagic ensures robust protection during the winning turn.
