This Esper list is a spellslinger-mill deck built around Saruman of Many Colors. The commander is a value engine that punishes casting two spells per turn: it mills each opponent two cards and then copies a relevant instant or sorcery from one graveyard. The primary path is incremental self-sustaining mill: Psychic Corrosion turns every draw into six total cards milled, while Court of Cunning and Maddening Cacophony provide burst.
