Deck overview

Raph & Mikey builds a Gruul extra-combat shell around a seven-mana Turtle who cheats one creature from the library into play on every attack. The deck ramps hard, then attacks the turn Raph lands; each combat adds a free attacker, and extra-combat cards such as Raphael, Port Razer, and Full Throttle multiply those triggers. The primary kill is repeated combat damage from huge trampling Dinosaurs and Dragons; the secondary line cheats Blightsteel Colossus into play and finishes with either infect combat damage or Chandra's Ignition. Old Gnawbone plus Aggravated Assault supplies an infinite combat loop. There is no hidden commander; the 99 is built entirely around maximizing Raph & Mikey's attack trigger.
