Morphing Time by TonsOfFun1987

Format: Commander

Commander: Kadena, Slinking Sorcerer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Sultai morph/manifest midrange deck helmed by Kadena, Slinking Sorcerer. The plan is to land Kadena, then chain face-down creatures for free (her discount turns the first morph each turn into a zero-mana 2/2) while drawing off every face-down ETB. Morph and megamorph payoffs-counters on Stratus Dancer and Voidmage Apprentice, removal on Ainok Survivalist and Icefeather Aven, blowouts on Thousand Winds and Brine Elemental-provide interaction and tempo as the board fills with hidden bodies. Manifest engines like Whisperwood Elemental, Primordial Mist, and Thieving Amalgam keep the face-down pipeline full. Primary wins are go-wide combat via Craterhoof Behemoth or Overwhelming Stampede, backed by a Dark Depths + Thespian's Stage Marit Lage line and sticky threats such as Hooded Hydra and Sagu Mauler. Muldrotha, the Gravetide and Yarok, the Desecrated supply late-game recursion and trigger doubling.
