Elfball B4 by XanderValore

Format: Commander

Commander: Thranduil, the Elvenking

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Led by Thranduil, the Elvenking, this is a Sultai Elf-tribal combo deck that turns its own graveyard into a toolbox. Because Thranduil has all activated abilities of Elf cards in the graveyard, milling or binning the right Elves converts him into a massive mana engine - Priest of Titania, Marwyn, the Nurturer, and Elvish Archdruid make him tap for huge amounts; Fauna Shaman and Prime Speaker Vannifar make him a tutor; Ezuri, Renegade Leader and Lathril, Blade of the Elves turn him into a finisher. The second ability, drawing two and discarding one whenever another legendary Elf enters, fuels the engine alongside flicker effects and Panharmonicon. The deck accelerates with dorks, deploys Thranduil on turns 3-4, loads the yard with Entomb and Buried Alive, then assembles unbounded mana to win through Staff of Domination, Ezuri's trample pump, or Lathril's life-drain.
