Deck overview

Vraska, Soul of Stone helms a high-velocity Jeskai artifact storm deck focused on assembling compact game-ending combos. The deck capitalizes on its commander's ability to create 1/1 Treasure creature tokens whenever a noncreature spell is cast, turning cheap rocks, cantrips, and interaction into mana velocity and board presence. Its primary win condition resolves Underworld Breach alongside Brain Freeze and Lotus Petal, repeatedly milling the library and generating surplus mana before winning the game on the spot with Thassa's Oracle or Aetherflux Reservoir. If the Breach line is disrupted, the deck pivots into an independent artifact engine combining Mystic Forge, Sensei's Divining Top, and cost reducers to draw the library and achieve an identical finish. A robust suite of free and low-cost countermagic, backed by proactive silence effects and Teferi, Time Raveler, protects combo turns while keeping opposing threats in check. With an aggressive 22-land mana base, the list emphasizes speed, resilience, and explosive same-turn finishes.
