Deck overview

This mono-green deck blends Bear tribal synergies with traditional stompy beatdown under Beorn the Fierce. Early turns focus on accelerating mana with low-cost ramp spells like Birds of Paradise, Utopia Sprawl, and Rampant Growth while developing low-curve creatures like Wilson, Refined Grizzly and Rhonas the Indomitable. Once Beorn the Fierce enters the battlefield on Turn 4 or 5, its combat trigger systematically turns other creatures into Bears and grants them trample counters. Reaching three Bears activates a steady draw engine of two cards per combat step. The mid-to-late game capitalizes on high-power threats, cost-reducers like Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma, and massive finishers like Unnatural Growth, Ghalta, Primal Hunger, and Overwhelming Stampede. The deck aims to overwhelm opponents through resilient combat damage, trample evasion, and consistent hand replenishment.
