This Orzhov token-drain deck, helmed by Silverquill, the Disputant, aims to generate a wide board of cheap creatures through Bitterblossom, Secure the Wastes, and Sram's Expertise, then sacrifice them for card draw and incremental life loss via Blood Artist and Zulaport Cutthroat. The commander's casualty ability copies key instants and sorceries, turning a single Exsanguinate or Torment of Hailfire into a game-ending volley.
