Deck overview

This mono-blue deck combines Wizard tribal synergies with control and combo elements, commanded by Azami, Lady of Scrolls. The early game focuses on deploying low-cost Wizards that provide incidental utility, mana cost reductions, and taxing effects. Once Azami enters the battlefield on turn 5, she turns every Wizard into an immediate, mana-free card draw engine, drawing multiple cards each turn cycle without needing haste. The deck controls the game using creature-based countermagic like Patron Wizard and timing restrictions like Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir. It closes the game cleanly on turn 6 through an infinite flicker loop using Ghostly Flicker and Naru Meha, Master Wizard, drawing the entire deck and winning on the spot with Laboratory Maniac.
