White Rabbit CEDH by thedevil613

Format: Commander

Commander: Kwain, Itinerant Meddler

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

At first glance, Kwain, Itinerant Meddler looks like a group-hug commander, but this is a cEDH-grade Azorius combo/control deck that uses Kwain as a cheap, repeatable draw engine and a combo piece. The primary win conditions are all compact two-card lines: Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal with mana rocks for infinite mana, then Walking Ballista or Brain Freeze; Heliod, Sun-Crowned + Walking Ballista for infinite damage; and Paradigm Shift + Thassa's Oracle / Laboratory Maniac / Jace, Wielder of Mysteries for the empty-library win. A dense suite of free counterspells (Force of Will, Pact of Negation, Fierce Guardianship, Force of Negation), turn-protection (Silence, Grand Abolisher, Ranger-Captain of Eos), and stax (Drannith Magistrate, Lavinia, Azorius Renegade, Narset, Parter of Veils) protects the combo turn and slows opponents. The deck is fast, resilient, and interaction-dense.
