Tannuk, Memorial Ensign pilots a Gruul landfall strategy that weaponizes every land drop as both a burn spell and card draw engine. The core plan is to chain multiple land plays per turn-via Azusa, Lost but Seeking, Oracle of Mul Daya, and Dryad of the Ilysian Grove-while amplifying the resulting damage with Gratuitous Violence, Mechanized Warfare, Torbran, Thane of Red Fell, and Ojer Axonil, Deepest Might. The deck can overwhelm opponents through incremental direct damage from landfall triggers (commander, Sabotender, Spitfire Lagac, Omnath, Locus of Rage, Valakut Exploration) or by building an enormous board of tokens from Avenger of Zendikar, Rampaging Baloths, and Scute Swarm. Extra combat steps from Moraug, Fury of Akoum and Mina and Denn, Wildborn (returning a land to give trample) turn mid-game value into a sudden kill.
