Deck overview

This deck uses Jace, Multiverse Architect as a reliable Polymorph engine from the command zone. Supported by efficient two-mana acceleration and redundant token generators like Skrelv's Hive and Lingering Souls, the deck deploys Jace on Turn 4 to immediately flip tokens into devastating high-mana threats, including Archon of Cruelty, Serra's Emissary, and Nicol Bolas, God-Pharaoh. A robust non-green control shell featuring Force of Will, Swords to Plowshares, and Cyclonic Rift disrupts faster combo decks and clears opposing blockers. Once dominant permanents hit the battlefield, planeswalker synergies like Ichormoon Gauntlet and The Chain Veil accelerate loyalty abilities to rapidly deplete opposing life totals and lock down combat. The deck transitions smoothly from early ramp into sustained mid-game dominance, closing the game around Turn 8 through overwhelming aerial pressure and asymmetric attrition.
