Deck overview

Primo, the Unbounded leads a Simic midrange strategy centered on {X}-cost spells, +1/+1 counter multiplication, and explosive combat damage. The deck accelerates its mana curve through early land ramp and specialized engines like Elementalist's Palette and Kami of Whispered Hopes. Once mana is established, the deck casts Primo, the Unbounded or massive Hydras like Primordial Hydra and Goldvein Hydra. Because Primo and its Fractal tokens have a base power of 0, every combat connection triggers Primo to create a new Fractal token equal in size to the damage dealt. With amplifiers like Unbound Flourishing and Ozolith, the Shattered Spire, this generates exponential board growth within two turn cycles. The deck protects its board with spells like Silkguard and Tyvar's Stand while drawing massive bursts of cards through {X}-cost draw spells like Pull from Tomorrow and Commander's Insight. It closes games on Turns 6–7 by overwhelming all three opponents with massive trampling creatures.
