Deck overview

This is a high-powered Golgari Insect graveyard-value deck helmed by Amzu, Swarm's Hunger. The plan mills and fills the graveyard, then repeatedly pulls cards out of it-via reanimation, dredge, recursion engines, and Zask, Skittering Swarmlord-to trigger Amzu's once-per-turn Insect token with massive +1/+1 counters. Parallel token doublers and Insect lords convert that value into a wide, menacing board. The primary finishers are a classic Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Walking Ballista infinite and a Craterhoof Behemoth overrun; secondary drains from Syr Konrad, the Grim and Blood Artist close games when combat is stalled. Dense tutors, fast mana, and layered recursion make the deck both explosive and grindy.
