Attack by Avoytyr

Format: Commander

Commander: Isshin, Two Heavens as One

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Built around Isshin, Two Heavens as One, this Mardu deck doubles every attack trigger to convert attacking into exponential token generation. The primary plan is to land Isshin early, then snowball Krenko, Adeline, Anim Pakal, or Caesar into a wide board, with Anointed Procession or Mondrak doubling the tokens. Purphoros, Warleader's Call, and Impact Tremors turn those ETBs into direct damage, while Aurelia and Full Throttle provide the extra combat steps that finish three opponents in one turn. A secondary path uses Godo to fetch Helm of the Host and chain extra combats. The commander is a force multiplier, not an engine, so the deck remains playable when he is removed, but noticeably slower.
