Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Felisa, Fang of Silverquill leads a WB counters/aristocrats deck that turns deaths into flying Inklings and drains opponents. Its fastest line is not Felisa herself but the hidden commander Eirdu // Isilu: once Isilu is on the battlefield, Scholar of New Horizons gains persist and can be sacrificed endlessly with Bartolome del Presidio or Carrion Feeder, while Elas il-Kor, Marionette Apprentice, or Mirkwood Bats turn each death into life loss. Secondary paths use Teysa Karlov, Kaya, and Akroma's Will to overwhelm with tokens. Felisa remains a strong value piece, adding counters through mentor and making Inklings when counter-bearing nontoken creatures die, but the deck functions without her once the persist engine is online.
