PC Turtle Power! by DrunkShiba

Format: Commander

Commander: Leonardo, the Balance and Raphael, the Muscle

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Leonardo, the Balance and Raphael, the Muscle are the designed partner pair. There is no double-faced commander in the list. The deck is built around Leonardo's once-per-turn counter pump and five-color overrun, plus Raphael's damage doubling for creatures that have counters. Token engines - Ninja, Food, Mutagen, Robot, and Endless Foot Assault - create the counter sources. Shredder, Shadow Master is the hidden commander: his token copies pressure every opponent and he shrinks life totals with each hit. Donatello and Casey Jones support the same plan. The deck wins by counterbased combat, using draw and recursion cards to rebuild after disputes.
