Gages Terrifying Jarad by Nephilim

Format: Commander

Creator: Nephilim

Commander: Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This deck executes a Golgari graveyard combo and burst-damage strategy centered on Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord. The primary plan fills the graveyard rapidly using dredge engines and self-mill creatures to inflate graveyard-scaling beaters like Lord of Extinction and Siegfried. Jarad converts these massive power stats into table-wide life loss through his sacrifice ability. Secondary win conditions include untap combos using Umbral Mantle or Staff of Domination alongside massive mana dorks like Selvala, Heart of the Wilds, as well as instant one-shot sacrifices with Wall of Blood or Phyrexian Devourer. The deck trades conventional interaction and land density for hyper-focused velocity and redundant tutor lines.
