Commander: The Astonishing Ant-Man

Deck overview

This is a Simic draw-trigger +1/+1 counter deck built around The Astonishing Ant-Man. The plan is to chain cheap draw spells into the command zone, growing Ant-Man with a counter per card drawn, then cash those counters in for an Insect army. Around that core, the 99 provides redundant draw-payoffs like Clinquant Skymage, Kid Loki, and Mischievous Mystic, plus powerful counter multiplication from Bristly Bill, Spine Sower, Innkeeper's Talent, Loading Zone, and Fangs of Kalonia. The deck wins through combat: either a single enormous trampling Ant-Man closes via commander damage, or Sita Varma, Masked Racer's exhaust sets every other creature's base power to Sita's power, turning a token horde into a one-combat table kill. Hydroid Krasis, Scute Swarm, and Forgotten Ancient supply alternate beatdown and value angles. There are no infinite loops; this is a value-midrange deck that trades early speed for explosive counter-bloom turns.
