New Untitled Deck by GUNDAMWAR

Format: Commander

Commander: Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a tempo-oriented Ninja deck built to exploit Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow's commander ninjutsu. The core plan is to deploy a cheap unblockable attacker, ninjutsu Yuriko out of the command zone as early as turn 2, and turn her combat trigger - draw a card, drain every opponent - into the deck's primary engine. A thick suite of Ninja payoff creatures adds value on hit: drawing cards, bouncing blockers, discarding hands, stealing spells, and reanimating enemy creatures. The deck is commander-centric, but Yuriko is unusually sticky because commander ninjutsu is an activated ability, meaning she never pays commander tax. Satoru Umezawa functions as a hidden commander, giving every creature in hand ninjutsu and enabling explosive lines with Shadow of Mortality. The Kaito planeswalkers provide card flow, evasion, and removal. Winning is incremental: repeated Yuriko flips, evasive combat damage, occasional stolen spells, and a small poison package via Blighted Agent and Necrogen Communion.
