Nico Minoru, Runaway by BalutWhisperer

Format: Commander

Commander: Nico Minoru, Runaway

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a mono-red "cast from anywhere but your hand" value deck built around Nico Minoru, Runaway. The plan is to fill the graveyard and exile, then chain spells from exile and the graveyard so Nico's triggered ability drains each opponent for 2 damage per cast. Redundant impulse engines like Wiccan, Young Avenger, Wanda's Vision, Cait Sith, Fortune Teller, Stolen Strategy, and Triple Triad keep the non-hand casts coming, while Advanced Reconstruction and Shadow of the Goblin add parallel pinging. The deck has no deterministic infinite combos; instead, it wins through spell-dense storm-ish turns, an overloaded Mizzix's Mastery, or a giant Crackle with Power amplified by Furnace of Rath and Hawkeye, Young Avenger. It is a slow, engine-driven midrange deck that wants long games full of triggered damage.
