Deck overview

This mono-red aggro deck leverages Gornog, the Red Reaper to turn opposing creatures into Cowards that cannot block Warriors while scaling the power of its attacking team. The strategy curves low-cost Warrior creatures into Gornog on Turn 3, establishing early pressure and forcing unfavorable defensive positions. In the mid-game, high-impact anthems such as Shared Animosity and Coat of Arms or extra-combat spells like Combat Celebrant and Relentless Assault turn moderate boards into lethal swings. The deck trades interactive control for aggressive velocity, aiming to overrun opponents before sweepers reset its board.
