Deck overview

This deck is a focused Jund -1/-1 counters strategy led by Auntie Ool, Cursewretch. It leverages -1/-1 counter distribution, wither, and blight mechanics to generate overwhelming card advantage, control the board, and execute lethal infinite combos. The deck establishes mana and token generators like Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons or Nest of Scarabs in the early turns before casting Auntie Ool on Turn 4. Once assembled, distributing counters draws cards when targeting your own creatures and taxes opposing life totals when targeting enemies. The primary win condition is an infinite death and counter loop between Blowfly Infestation and Hapatra or Nest of Scarabs, which instantly draws the library or drains the table via Blood Artist, Obelisk Spider, or All Will Be One. Stax elements like Kulrath Knight and Maha, Its Feathers Night provide asymmetric creature suppression.
