Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos Vampire tribal deck commanded by Strefan, Maurer Progenitor. The primary game plan revolves around dealing incremental early damage to opponents with low-cost creatures like Creeping Bloodsucker and Blood Seeker to generate Blood tokens. On Turn 4, the deck deploys Strefan, setting up a Turn 5 combat where Strefan attacks, sacrifices two Blood tokens, and cheats an indestructible high-impact Vampire directly onto the battlefield. Threats such as Olivia's Attendants, Markov Enforcer, and Crossway Troublemakers rapidly scale combat damage across the table. In addition to beatdown, the list features graveyard recursion through Olivia, Crimson Bride and Rise of the Dark Realms, alongside an instant-win infinite combo between Bloodthirsty Conqueror and Defiant Bloodlord. However, the deck operates with a high land count, minimal ramp acceleration, no stack interaction, and complete vulnerability to opposing noncreature permanents.
