Deck overview

This mono-red deck is commanded by Tannuk, Steadfast Second, a commander that grants universal haste and gives every red creature and artifact in hand Warp for {2}{R}. The game plan revolves around deploying Tannuk early via efficient artifact ramp and rituals, then cheating out massive threats like Utvara Hellkite, Drakuseth, Maw of Flames, Cavern-Hoard Dragon, and Etali, Primal Storm far ahead of curve. Because warped cards are exiled at the end step and can be recast later, the deck effectively sets up a relentless cadence of hasty alpha strikes while banking card advantage in exile. Supported by stax pieces like Blood Moon and Winter Moon, as well as burn amplifiers like Warstorm Surge and Gratuitous Violence, the deck creates an aggressive, high-tempo clock that overwhelms opponents before they can stabilize.
