Format: Commander

Commander: Bartolomé del Presidio

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Bartolome del Presidio heads a graveyard-centric Orzhov aristocrats deck that mills itself to fuel reanimation and sacrifice payoffs. The primary plan is to assemble Boonweaver Giant with a death-return aura such as Kaya's Ghostform, using Bartolome as a repeatable sacrifice outlet to trigger drain effects like Zulaport Cutthroat and Bastion of Remembrance and either drain the table or make Bartolome infinitely large. Secondary routes attack with Sun Titan and Angel of Indemnity, recur Auras, or transform Throne of the Grim Captain into a 7/7 trump. The commander is the engine and combo outlet; without him the deck loses most of its sacrifice-based lines and slows to a midrange reanimator.
