Deck overview

An Esper draw-matters deck helmed by Queza, Augur of Agonies, built to convert every draw into life loss for opponents and life gain for you. The core engine combines symmetric draw effects - Windfall, Teferi's Puzzle Box, Howling Mine, Kami of the Crescent Moon, Temple Bell - with drain payoffs like Psychosis Crawler, Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, and Queza herself. The primary kill is the Exquisite Blood loop paired with a Sanguine-Bond-style drain permanent: Enduring Tenacity, Cliffhaven Vampire, or Epicure of Blood. A secondary path uses wheel effects plus Psychosis Crawler/Narset, Parter of Veils to deny opponents cards while burning them out. Oloro, Ageless Ascetic in the 99 provides a powerful hidden lifegain engine, while Bolas's Citadel offers explosive card access.
