Deck overview

Urza, Lord High Artificer heads a mono-blue artifact-combo deck that uses the commander as a portable mana engine and tutor enabler. The primary plan is to assemble Isochron Scepter with Dramatic Reversal, make infinite mana by untapping Sol Ring and Signet-type rocks, then kill with a stormed Brain Freeze or a huge Blue Sun's Zenith. A secondary Hullbreaker Horror plus Sol Ring zero-cost artifact loop provides a second infinite-mana/tempo path, while Mystic Forge, Urza's exiling activation, and a suite of instant-speed tutors keep assembly consistent. The deck is not a combat deck; Construct tokens, Rise and Shine, and Mechanized Production are backup clocks.
