Deck overview

This mono-white deck is commanded by Ekthi, Contaminator Priest, turning every Equipment card in the 99 into an immediate board presence by granting it living weapon. Because Ekthi provides a static +1/+1 anthem to other Phyrexians, the created 0/0 Germ tokens enter as 1/1 creatures that instantly attach to their Equipment without paying equip costs. This mechanic turns low-cost artifacts such as Colossus Hammer into 1-mana 11/11 beaters and Excalibur, Sword of Eden into an 11/1 vigilant attacker. The deck supports this aggressive engine with efficient tutors, recurring card draw engines like Puresteel Paladin and Skullclamp, and comprehensive protection swords that grant broad color and spell immunities. Redundant cost-bypass creatures like Ardenn, Intrepid Archaeologist and Halvar, God of Battle ensure the deck can maintain rapid, lethal combat pressure even when the commander is removed.
