Deck overview

Azami, Lady of Scrolls leads a mono-blue Wizard-control combo deck. There is no hidden commander; the deck is built around Azami's tap-a-Wizard draw engine. The main plan is to deploy cheap Wizards, accumulate cards through Azami, and then combine her with Mind Over Matter to draw the entire library, finishing with Thassa's Oracle or Laboratory Maniac. A secondary channel uses Kitsa, Otterball Elite, Sigil Tracer, and Dramatic Reversal with Wizard mana dorks to generate infinite untaps and mana. Countermagic and taxing Wizards buy time, while Propaganda and Dissipation Field hold off combat. The combo finish is compact and well-protected, but the singleton Mind Over Matter is the assembly bottleneck.
