Deck overview

Bre of Clan Stoutarm leads a Boros midrange deck combining Giant tribal aggression with repeatable lifegain synergies. The game plan accelerates through low-cost artifact ramp to deploy Bre on turn 4 alongside steady lifegain enablers like Soul Warden and Pristine Talisman. Triggering life gain enables Bre's end-step ability, providing card advantage or free spells from exile. In the midgame, the deck transitions into imposing Giant threats such as Calamity Bearer, Sunrise Sovereign, and Borderland Behemoth. Bre grants these creatures flying and lifelink to push heavy evasive damage, while Brion Stoutarm and Surtland Flinger convert massive board power into direct burn against opposing life totals. Alternate win conditions like Test of Endurance capitalize on accumulated life totals. While the deck lacks fast combo lines and unconditional sweepers, it provides resilient board presence, consistent incremental card flow, and formidable burst damage across turns 6 to 8.
