Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Terra, Herald of Hope leads a Mardu reanimator deck whose primary plan is to mill itself in combat and rebuild a board from the graveyard. Terra provides repeatable, cheap recursion for power-3-or-less creatures, while Buried Alive, Vile Entomber, and Stitcher's Supplier load the yard for high-end reanimation spells. Secondary lines use Chainer, Karmic Guide, and Sun Titan to generate recursive value, with Flayer of the Hatebound, Shadow, and Gau converting recursion into damage. The commander is the value engine rather than a one-card win condition; the deck wins through incremental attacks and drain effects, not a compact combo.
