Deck overview

This five-color kindred deck harnesses the Villain creature type, pairing efficient low-curve threats with repeated connive triggers to sculpt hand quality and grow a formidable board. Led by Thanos, the Mad Titan, the deck leverages its commander as a resilient, lifelinking attacker and an on-demand selective board wipe via his Power-up ability. The mana base and ramp suite facilitate early deployment of key engine pieces like Baron Strucker, HYDRA Overlord, Ultron, Unlimited, and Leader, Super-Genius. In the midgame, the deck converts card filtering into raw combat power using scaling anthem artifacts such as Coat of Arms, Door of Destinies, and damage doublers like Absorbing Man and Titania. A flexible suite of versatile removal and counterspells keeps opposing threats in check, while mayhem mechanics and graveyard recursion ensure robust recovery from board resets.
