Deck overview

This Temur spellslinger deck is commanded by Iroh, Grand Lotus, turning the graveyard into a second hand by granting all Lesson cards flashback for {1} and all non-Lesson instants and sorceries flashback equal to their mana cost. The game plan accelerates through early turns with green land-search spells and cost-reducers like Doc Aurlock, Grizzled Genius while filling the graveyard with cheap Lessons. Once Iroh enters on Turn 5, the deck chains flashback draw spells, generates massive mana through Storm-Kiln Artist, and burns the entire table using Guttersnipe, Longshot, Rebel Bowman, and Grapeshot. Reusable protection like Octopus Form and Origin of Metalbending keeps Iroh safe while Paradigm spells provide compounding value.
