Deck overview

Captain America, Team Leader is a Hero-tribal combat deck that turns every Hero entering the battlefield into a hasty, vigilant attacker while stacking +1/+1 counters. The primary plan is to flood the board with Heroes, grow them through counters and anthem effects, then close out with a large commander swing or a Savage Beating double-strike/extra-combat turn. Secondary paths include value engines like Jarvis and Kindred Discovery to refuel, and a small equipment package to make a single Hero a lethal threat. The hidden commander is Captain America, Living Legend, whose untap ability doubles the value of tapping Heroes for effects like Agent Phil Coulson and Iron Man. The deck is built to use the Team Leader face for its anthem-like trigger and counter synergy.
