Deck overview

This list is a high-powered competitive Commander (cEDH) deck built around Sisay, Weatherlight Captain as an instant-speed, repeatable legendary toolbox in the command zone. The primary game plan focuses on rapid mana deployment through 0-1 CMC fast mana and high-output mana creatures like Bloom Tender and Selvala, Heart of the Wilds. Once Sisay achieves five colors of mana, she tutors Derevi, Empyrial Tactician and Emiel the Blessed directly onto the battlefield. This engine generates infinite colored mana by repeatedly blinking Derevi to untap mana sources. With infinite mana, Sisay tutors every legendary card from the library to the battlefield. She locks opposing interaction with Teferi, Time Raveler, and closes the game immediately on Turn 3 using infinite untap activations of Mount Doom. The deck features format-ceiling interaction, robust silence protection, and proactive asymmetric disruption to outpace and dismantle opposing strategies.
