Commander: Urza, Lord High Artificer

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

Urza, Lord High Artificer heads a mono-blue artifact-combo deck. The commander turns every artifact into a blue mana source and provides a repeatable way to play cards from the top of the library. The primary plan is to assemble an infinite-mana engine-Dramatic Reversal on Isochron Scepter, or Basalt/Grim Monolith enchanted with Power Artifact-then convert it into Walking Ballista damage or Aetherflux Reservoir life-gain. A dense suite of artifact, instant, and sorcery tutors plus cheap draw makes the deck highly consistent. This is a single-faced commander, and the list is built around Urza's artifact-tap engine; there is no separate hidden commander.
