Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Jund Treasure-burn engine commanded by Ognis, the Dragon's Lash. The primary game plan curves low-cost haste creatures into an early Ognis deployment, converting aggressive combat attacks directly into tapped Treasure tokens. These tokens accelerate mana while weaponizing artifact-entry and sacrifice-drain engines such as Mirkwood Bats, Ingenious Artillerist, Reckless Fireweaver, and Marionette Apprentice. Instead of relying purely on combat damage to eliminate three opponents, the deck translates token volume into explosive, table-wide life loss. High-synergy token multipliers like Academy Manufactor, Xorn, and Chatterfang, Squirrel General exponentially compound artifact generation, while secondary finishers like Korvold, Fae-Cursed King, Craterclaw Colossus, and an infinite combo between Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker and Zealous Conscripts provide decisive closing power. The list features dense early ramp, versatile instant-speed removal, and efficient haste enablers, delivering a fast, proactive, and resilient clock.
