Deck overview

Kotori, Pilot Prodigy is a combat-oriented Vehicles deck that turns cheap Pilots and low-crew Vehicles into evasive, lifelinking attackers. The primary plan is to deploy early Vehicles, use Kotori's crew-2 to animate them cheaply, and grind through opponents with Shorikai, Reckoner Bankbuster, and Tezzeret while Mechtitan Core and Aethershield Artificer supply finishing power. A secondary path is the Urza, Lord Protector / The Mightstone and Weakstone meld, and Mechanized Production provides a slow alternate win. There is no infinite combo; wins are built by accumulating artifact creatures and overwhelming the board over several turns.
