Deck overview

This mono-blue deck is commanded by Sai, Master Thopterist and centers around artifact synergies, wide token generation, and explosive combat finishes. The primary game plan ramps into an early Sai, using low-cost utility artifacts to generate an evasive army of 1/1 Thopter tokens while drawing cards. Once a critical mass of artifacts enters the battlefield, the deck deploys game-ending anthems and stat-modifying payoffs such as Forsaken Monument, Graaz, Unstoppable Juggernaut, or Master of Etherium to close out the game through evasive aerial combat. Blue countermagic like Counterspell and defensive tools like Propaganda provide protection while developing. While the deck lacks fast combo finishes or heavy stax, it excels at board presence, resource generation, and steady combat pressure.
