Commander: Morinfen

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Monoblack life-barter midrange. The deck converts life into mana and card advantage through K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth and repeated life payments, then uses Repay in Kind or life-exchangers to drag every player down to a low total and finishes with Exsanguinate or Consume Spirit. Morinfen serves as an evasive beater and life sink, but the real engine is K'rrik in the 99. Secondary paths include Gray Merchant devotion drains, Sanguine Bond with lifegain, and swamp-pumped commander damage. The plan is slow but consistent: tutors and draw engines find the pieces, and the deck can control the board and rebuild from the graveyard.
