Deck overview

This is a Dimir draw-go Dragon deck helmed by Sivitri, Dragon Master, with one central thesis: card draw is a weapon. Early turns are anchored by tax engines like Mystic Remora and Rhystic Study, a ten-counterspell wall, and Sivitri's +1 pillowfort backed by Propaganda to protect a fragile planeswalker suite. Her -3 is an on-demand Dragon tutor feeding an evasive beatdown core - Ancient Silver Dragon, Steel Hellkite, Kokusho, the Evening Star - accelerated by Urza's Incubator and Herald's Horn. The real finish is a "draw matters" battery: Psychosis Crawler, Underworld Dreams, Ob Nixilis, the Hate-Twisted, and Twenty-Toed Toad convert a single Peer into the Abyss, a Teferi's Puzzle Box refill, or a Narset, Parter of Veils lock into lethal damage. Teferi, Master of Time and Tamiyo, Inquisitive Student supply spell-speed card advantage, with Tamiyo's ultimate effectively winning on the spot when the Crawler is out.
